Answer: There are many possible reasons why you might not be able to see your website. The majority of the reasons fall into the three categories of 1) The website or the old name server settings for your domain are cached. 2) Your web host has not set up their name servers to handle web requests for your domain yet. 3) You have ordered a web hosting package for a domain name from us, but didn't register the actual domain name from a domain Registrar. Medium: What is a premium .TV domain?

Answer: A Premium .TV domain is a .TV domain that is designated as "premium" by the Central Registry, Verisign. These domains were reserved by Verisign, and are available now, but at higher registration prices than the normal .TV domains. More here

Hard: How do you set or change the default Whois of a smart domain folder?

Answer: To set or change the default Whois for a smart folder, 1) Sign in to your Dynadot account. 2) Select "Folders" from the "Domains" drop-down menu. 3) Click on the blue link under the "Set Whois" column. You should see your current Whois contact records for this folder on that page. 4) Select the contact record you want from the drop-down menus. 5) Click on the "Save Folder Contacts" button to save your changes.

Medium: First, you must send an email to and request us to enable the "CSV Transfer Codes" in your account. This email must come from the address on file for the account. To download your bulk authorization codes, please follow these steps: Sign in to your Dynadot account. Click on the "Domains" tab in the main menu. Unlock your domain(s). Select "Folder Downloads" from the "Domains" drop-down menu. Check the box next to "Transfer Codes" and then click on the "Download" button.

Easy: A backorder, also known as a drop catch, is when a user places a request for a specific domain name they wish to register as soon as it becomes available for registration. You can search for the domain under Backorders/Drops in Dynadot's Marketplace. Source:

Hard: If you have either the pro or business plan with our Website Builder and you let it expire, it will revert back to the free version. Renewing your Website Builder will ensure you can continue to access the premium features and tools available on these plans. If your Website Builder plan expires and you had more than five pages on your website (which is what the free version allows), our system will only show the first five pages on your website. The additional pages will not be deleted, but you will not be able to show them on your website without upgrading your plan. Any search bars you've added to your website will still show, but they will not return any results. Any additional code you've added to your website will be removed and your footer and favicon will be replaced. For business plans that expire, you will no longer be able to access your email. Any emails sent to your email address will be stored for one month after your plan's expiration.

Easy: When a domain in the Dynadot backorders receives more than one request, it is sent to an auction. Currently, only customers who have placed a backorder can participate in the auction.
