If you're new to our game, check out our game rules and regulations before playing this week's round. You got this!

Last Week's Answers

Easy: What is the difference between full and partial domain privacy?
Reward: 10% Off an Order (Max $50)

Answer: Partial Domain Privacy replaces your address, phone number, and email address with Dynadot's information, but leaves your name visible in the Whois database, while full Domain Privacy replaces all of your personal contact information including your name with Dynadot's information. This is the default type of domain privacy when you register a domain with our privacy service. More here

Medium: What is an expired domain auction?
Reward: 50% Off Domain Transfer (.COM, .NET, or .ORG)

Answer: An expired domain auction occurs when a domain is not renewed by the Registrant, and is auctioned off. Our auctions last for 7 days, and you can bid anytime during that period. More here

Hard: What languages does Dynadot's website support?
Reward: 1 Free Domain Renewal (up to $10)

Here is your answer to the hard question: To set or change the default Whois for a smart folder, please follow these steps: Sign in to your Dynadot account. Select "Folders" from the "Domains" drop-down menu. Click on the blue link under the "Set Whois" column. You should see your current Whois contact records for this folder on that page. Select the contact record you want from the drop-down menus. Click on the "Save Folder Contacts" button to save your changes. Saving this Whois information for your folder will not affect the domains in the folder unless you choose to synchronize the Whois contact records of all domains in your smart folder by clicking "Synchronize".

easy: The website or the old name server settings for your domain are cached. Your web host has not set up their name servers to handle web requests for your domain yet. You have ordered a web hosting package for a domain name from us, but did not register the actual domain name from a domain Registrar. source https://www.dynadot.com/community/help/question/website-offline
