Hard: Computer glasses are for exactly what their name suggests: use in front of the computer! They are designed specifically to reduce eye strain for people who spend a lot of time in front of a computer screen.

Hard, to be accurate: The brightness of your monitor should roughly match the brightness of the room you're in. That said, you should also pay attention to the room's lighting. Good room lighting can make a big difference to your eye health. Having lights that are too bright can cause eye strain - especially when paired with a bright computer screen!
