Hard: There is a trademark claim in the Trademark Clearinghouse (TMCH). The preordered domain, initially quoted at normal pricing, is later determined to be a premium domain by the central registry. Premium domains are sold at a higher cost than normal domains. The preordered domain is marked as restricted or reserved cannot be registered.

There are a few reasons why your preorder could have been cancelled: Preorders may be cancelled by our system if there is a trademark claim in the Trademark Clearinghouse (TMCH). Preorders may be cancelled if the preordered domain, initially quoted at normal pricing, is later determined to be a premium domain by the central registry. Premium domains are sold at a higher cost than normal domains. Preorders for domains that are marked as restricted or reserved cannot be registered. We will make every effort to keep our preorder search accurate, but due to the sheer volume of new gTLDs being released, our preorder search may not have the most current reserved list. If this is the case, your preorder will be cancelled. If your preoder is cancelled, you will be given account credit.

Medium: To activate your SMS settings, please follow these steps: Sign in to your Dynadot account. Unlock your account. Under the "SMS Authentication" column, enter in your cellphone number (country code in the first box, full phone number in the second box) and select your carrier from the drop-down menu. Click on the "Set SMS Phone Number" button. Next, click on the "Send SMS Token" button. A 6-digit code will be sent to your cellphone number to ensure you have access to the cellphone number you entered. This test code will expire 1 hour after it is sent. Enter in the SMS test code in the "Enter Token" box. Click on the "Enable SMS" button to save your changes. If the correct test code is entered, your SMS settings will be saved for your account.
