About Basic Web Hosting

Our Basic Web Hosting package is for static websites, or websites that display the same information for each visitor and whose content is only occasionally updated. Our Basic Web Hosting package provides plenty of bandwidth, starting at 3GB, 10GB, or up to 30GB, and plenty of disk space, starting at 30MB, 100MB, or up to 300MB, to get you started. And if you're unsure of how much bandwidth and space you'll need, we recommend starting low and upgrading your web hosting plan on an as needed basis, which you can do easily in your Dynadot account. You can see how much bandwidth and disk space your website is using once you log into your Basic Web Hosting control control panel - it's right on the home page.

Site Statistics

Our Basic Web Hosting control panel also includes site statics that can help you find out your most popular pages, which outside links are bringing in the most traffic to your site, and more including:

• Recent hits - the most recent hits your website has received including the time and date of the request and which page was requested
• Page Hits - the total number of hits that each page or image on your website has received each week
• Total Hits - the total number of hits to your website per hour, day, and week
• Unique Visitors - the number of unique visitors (IP addresses) to your website per day and per week
• Recent Referrers - the most recent referrers to your website (a referrer is a link on someone else's website that leads to your website)
• Total Referrers - the total references from each referrer per day and week

Email

Each Basic Web Hosting account comes with unlimited email accounts for your domain, so you can send and receive emails with an address such as yourname@yourdomain.com. You can easily set up new emails and access all of your email accounts in our Basic Web Hosting control panel. • IRC (connections, servers/hosts, bots, etc.)
• System monitoring. You may not engage in probes, port-scans, sweeps, or spoofing.
• Any illegal content prohibited by US law including:

• bestiality
• child erotica
• gambling
• pyramid or "multilevel marketing" schemes
• Anything that threatens the stability/network stability of our web hosting.
