whats the backend of the monitoring based on? are the monitoring checks performed by php code or is there some more advanced program behind?

well,

let you tell in detail...

monitoring is being done in PHP...
and it analyze the responses by the Headers returned that what is website/server's current status...

it can monitor web service, pop, smtp, imap, ping and also can monitor custom ports.

it have 3 types of user plans... Basic, premium and premium plus... you can manage the plans .. you can either charge for plans or can offer free services ... its corporate level solution ... and in addition program can send SMS alerts if you subscribes for it otherwise it will send the Emails to the specified address with notifications.

you can set monitoring interval it supports from 2 mins. interval to 30 mins.

you nothing have to do ... no advance skills requires

and its Accurate Monitoring!!!!!!!
