Hey,

A while ago someone i knew through the internet bought me a domain name here at dynadot(the one in the subject) now i want to transfer that domain to my own account but he refuses  to do that, is there any way i can get ownership of this domain ?

Without the permission of the current account holder, we can't give you ownership of the domain name.  

Would he be willing to sell the domain to you?

He sais no, i'll try to negotiate with him.

Ok, So i negotiated with him and he wants to move it to another registrar.

He might be familiar here, he is the owner of evilzone.org.
and it seems that he created my domain with a false identity because he lives in romania and domain info sais someone from belgium

But he's now transfering it to another registrat so i can access it.

The whois is fake anyway

One thing you can do is report the name for invalid whois:
http://wdprs.internic.net/

Or write it off as a loss.
Don't you think this name has possible TM issues. I hope you didn't pay too much for it.

Why would it have trademark problems is there anyone who registered this nickname o.O
