Subject: Help with Grace delete |

I thought I still had a couple of days left on this .me I registered. But the grace time looks to be expired today. Can you guys check it and delete it for me if it's still possible? (I am assuming you know how to find the domain since its the only 'me in my account.)

| The grace period was shorter for .me domains, i think it was 48 hours. |

Rockefeller is correct, the grace period on .ME domains is 46 hours.
Your domain was registered on the 18th so the grace period ended on July 20th, so it can no longer be deleted for credit, sorry. |

Before I regged the .me I made it a point to see if there was anything at all mentioned about them in the help screens. There was nothing there about the 48 hours. No mention of .me at all in fact. It might be on another help page I missed but I think you certainly need to update at least one of the screens above.
I am a little miffed about this but I am not asking for a refund. Luckily it's only one domain I regged. But if it had been a lot them, this lack of information would have hurt big time. Especially at $35.98 a pop.

| We apologize. We did send out an email on the 18th informing our customers about the shorter grace period for .ME domains, but for some reason, one wasn't sent to you. |
