when you alter the number of years from default 1 the 'apply balance' (should be use balance?) option does not update - so when you click nothing happens and order does not go through

When you alter the number of years, are you clicking the "Update" or "Checkout" button? Does the order cost shown update for the number of years you selected?

yes it does update you a correct - but I am usually too excited and go straight to checkout

Sorry, you will need to click the "Update" button so the order cost is updated.
