If in any case you was to give domain back to original registrant then WHY there was an AUCTION?
Well this seems to be a really very un-ethical bussiness.
I am seriously thinking to switch to an other registrar.
I am also thinking to send an complaint on this un ethical bussiness to ICANN and Internic

Godaddy auctions work the same way. So do a lot of auction sites which auction off expired domains.

Quite an easy way for a noob domain owner to learn which of his names are any good, yes?
Watch them all in the last minutes of the auction and if it gets a bid, you know it's worth keeping, so you go and renew it! |

| How anyone can whine about ethics after comparing Dynadot with other registrars is beyond me. Having survived the Registerfly fiasco where the two gay owners ended up in court over a $6000 dog, anything short of armed robbery by a registrar seems ethical in my experience and I have 50 plus domains with Dynadot with no problems at all....try one or two domains with the other big registrars and you'll come back very quiet. |
