4. Why am I not receiving email from Dynadot?

First check that you entered your email address correctly in the account area.

Yahoo Mail

Yahoo often delivers our email to the spam folder. So if you are expecting email from us, and don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Make sure to skip all the spam emails with a date of Jan 2038 which will be at the top of your spam folder.

Hotmail

Hotmail often delivers our email to the spam folder. So if you are expecting email from us, and don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Furthermore, Hotmail seems to lose emails once in a while, or deliver them several days late.

GMail

GMail seems to have a pretty good spam filter. But some of our emails have ended up in their spam folder before too.

You can send us a private message if it appears that our email reply wasn't received (username: dynadot_staff).
