The Expired Auction ended with no bids, can you restart it?
Updated: 2012/03/26Viewed times: 0
We can sometimes re-open an Expired Auction if there were no bids placed on the domain. However, there is a limited time frame when we can do this. Please send an email to [email protected] to see if it is possible.
Some of the conditions that must be met for us to be able to do this are, but not limited to, the following:
- You must have enough account credit in your account to cover the starting bid. Prepay Now
- You must email us from the address associated with your account giving us permission to apply your credit to the order.
- It must be within 24 hours of the auction's close.
NOTE: There is a $5 fee on top of the opening bid price to re-open an Expired Auction.
