| I have my website, www.truesynthetic.net, registered with and hosted by dynadot. It is supposed to display logos and information for AMSOIL lubrication products. For the last 3 weeks (maybe more) however, a completely different website is in its place, my content is completely unavailable. I renewed in the grace period, and the renewal process was completed correctly, as far as I can tell, with my limited IT expertise. Where is my website> |

Hello,
We checked your account and didn't find an order with the domain renewal for truesynthetic.net. Since the renewal order wasn't submitted within the grace renewal period, the domain was purchased in the Expired Auction. That may explain the different website you're viewing.
Do you have the domain renewal order number for truesynthetic.net? If so, please email orders@dynadot.com and we'll investigate.

| I see now that this is true. So I purchased truesynthetic.com, and hosting, and transferred the files, and still no website. How long should it take? |

| Actually I did not transfer any files. Is there a quicker way to do this other than copying and pasting html code between files? |
