Hello, A few days ago I've submitted multiple orders to transfer 400+ domains to my new dynadot account. and I've also changed the WHOIS contact information for all those domains on my old register. However I've facing problems in transferring 16 domains of them because I'd typed a wrong registrant email address on those domains. so I've make sure that the email is correct and now it has been more than 5 days since i changed the WHOIS info but they still read the old email account on your website.
Those domains are: cameroonembassy.org chinaembassy.us cubaembassy.us ghanaembassy.us indiaembassy.us indonesiaembassy.us iranembassy.us jordanembassy.us koreaembassy.us kyrgyzstanembassy.us lebanonembassy.us qatarembassy.us tajikistanembassy.us turkmenistanembassy.us uaeembassy.us ukraineembassy.us
I've checked and double checked the domains contact information on my old registrar and via www.domaintools.com and they all point to the new info except in here in my account area. would you please help me out and see what's the problem, cause I need those domains to be transferred as well ASAP. |

I looked up the Whois data using domaintools and via Neustar's Whois tool and it is still showing the old email address.
http://www.whois.us/
The only Whois tool that shows the updated email address is Enom's when you go directly to their site.
If you can get them to resolve that, that would be great. Otherwise, we can still complete the transfer, it just may take longer since we have to manually copy everything over from their server. |
