I have one of our domains stealth forwarded to a website that we do not host. That part works great and stealth forwarding is a cool feature. I have a hosting account for the domain that is being stealth forwarded with Hostgator.com. My question is how do get the email addressed to someone at the stealth forwardedg domain. Do I make changes to the MX record at Dynadot or Hostgator or both. And what changes need to be made? |

You want to keep stealth forwarding the domain?
The best option for you is to set your domain to use Host Gator's Name Servers, and then set the forwarding through them. I'm not sure if they have a Stealthing/Masking feature, but you can still do it with HTML code.
Alternately, if they have MX records you can use, you can use our system to Stealth Forward the domain and add the MX records in our "Email Forwarding Settings" box. |
