Subject: Cant use directory on Advanced Dynadot DNS |

Hi, i wanna use a directory to work with Advanced Dynadot DNS. When i try
"IP/myfolder" it says "Invalid IP Address for the domain. An IP Address looks like this: '208.78.242.180'."
But when i just type "IP" It works.
Need help, thanks. |

You won't be able to use DNS to point to IP + folder.
However, if your Web Host supports it, you might be able to set up a redirect for your domain that points to that specific folder. |

My friend got a root, and i wanna host something on it, but hes using the main directory, so i have to use a folder in there. How can i forward my domain to that?

I bought Web Hosting on dynadot now, and i choosed on my domain settings. Does it take more than 1h till domain update? i waited now 10 min, but its still old site (DNS Thing) |
