I'm sorry but you'll have to refer to your web hosting company for this one. We only have access to your main domain record.

All DNS changes will need to be made from within your account. Please follow the steps shown below:
How do I create an A record?
To create an A record, please follow these steps:
- Log into your Dynadot account.
- Click on the "Domains" tab at the top of the page.
- Find your domain on the list and check the box next to it. Press the "Set Name Servers" button.
- Click on the "DNS" tab.
- You'll need to create two records. In the domain require record, select "A" from the drop down and then enter your IP address.
- In the next line down, enter "www" as the subdomain, select "A" from the drop down and then enter your IP address.
- Press the "Use Dynadot DNS" button to save your changes.
Your Settings should look similar to what is shown below.

Please Note: It may take anywhere from 20 minutes to 24 hours for your DNS changes to propagate
Wix Hosting, WeeblyFrom Help Section: Account Management > Name Server Settings > How do I create an A record? |
The way you have it now, the full domain is listed in the sub domain box. Please remove this. Only the part shown before the '.' needs to go in this field, for example 'imedia' vs. 'imedia.pepdeal.com'. |
