I see that .be domains are now available.
Great !
It seems that we can transfer .be to Dynadot too, however we need an option to change the owner along with the transfer ('TRADE'). It is a must-have when you purchase .be domains from somebody. |

It's possible to trade a domain that is already registered with Dynadot. The steps are the same as those for an EU trade (when the domain is already registered at Dynadot).
I'll add your recommendation for Trade In's to our feature request list.

I take it that .be domains are 'Belgium' domains and can only be owned by those of whom live in Belgium?

That's not true : You don't have to live in Belgium.
