We have received several complaints about users who are shill bidding in our expired auctions. This kind of behavior will not be tolerated. Effective immediately, if an auction order is not paid, our system will automatically ban the user from participating in any future auctions.
Please remember that if you submit a bid and you win the expired auction, you are expected to pay for the domain you won. This applies to all auction orders.
Auction orders that have already been cancelled before this change was implemented will not be penalized.

| What if we decide we want to cancel our bid? How do we go about doing that? or do we just not pay when it comes time too? And if we don't pay are we still automatically banned from participating in the auctions? I think there should be a cancel option if we happen to change our mind. |

Does this mean nothing can be done with the bought domain for 30 days? I can't set up name servers, sell it, or push it to someone elses account? That's ridiculous if that's what it means.

Auction bids cannot be cancelled. Please make sure you are only bidding on domains that you intend to buy. If you do not submit payment within 48 hours, you will automatically be banned from our auctions.
With the auction lock on, you will be able to set up name servers, but you will not be able to push or transfer the domain.
What does it mean when a domain is in "auction lock" status?
When a domain won in our Expired Domains Auctions is added to the winning bidders account, the domain will be on an "auction lock" status for about 30 days.
While in this status, the domain cannot be unlocked or moved into another Dynadot account. The domain's name server settings can still be set. The WHOIS information will still show the Registrant as "Pending Renewal or Deletion."

If the FIRST person doesn't pay for any kind of reason, and I get a 2nd chance offer and this domain suddenly appeares in your list, and you get only 6 hour to pay, does not payment in THAT CASE BANS YU from further bidding.
I MEAN :
If you lost an auction, and you are in bed or whatever, and suddenly you win the auction because first bidder didn't pay within 48 hours, and as a consewuence you win as 2nd bidder and you only get 6 hours or less to pay, WHAT HAPPENS THEN ?

Well you answered the question yourself...
You get the OPTION of buying the domain as second bidder in that case. You did not win the auction and you are not obligated to accept the offer. |
