Hello.

I have no interest in supplying you with my photo ID. You claim it is a one time verification, but you keep it in your records. Could you process the order without it or cancel the payment and refund my money.

For all those unsure why they are receiving a verification request,  please review the following information:

Why do I need to complete an order verification? Why do I need to send in a copy of my credit card/photo ID?

We take our account security very seriously. Our automated fraud system filters our orders to prevent any fraudulent activity. We ask for verification to confirm ownership. Typically, you are only required to verify once per account.

If we ask for a credit card verification, we would only need to see the front side of the card. We understand your concern showing all your card details, so we ask that you hide the first 12 digits of the card number before you send it to us.

We may also ask for a government-issued photo ID (drivers license, passport) to confirm you are the account-holder. Feel free to hide your home address and drivers license/passport number.
