| Hi there, I'm a user from Belgium (complete newbie) and I am unable to log in to Cpanel. I use the same username and password I use to log into the dynadot website. What am I doing wrong? Thanks :-) |

You shouldn't be using the same password for CPanel that you use for Dynadot.
You should be using the login name and password that we emailed you after your order was completed. If you lost that, send us an email, we can send you a link that you can use to look up your password. |
