| When looking at one of your registered domains, the registrar information seems to be using the first contact information ever entered. Since then, I've updated my e-mail and other contact information but even new domains are using my old information. I'd like to be able to change it. How can I do this (WHOIS results reveal incorrect data). |

To update your Whois contact information please use the following steps:
How do I edit my contact records?
To edit your contact records, please follow the steps listed below:
- Log into your Dynadot account.
- Then click on the "Domains" tab.
- Click on the "Contact Records" section link to view all your contact records available for your account.
- Now click on the link associated with the contact record you wish to edit in the "Name/Email" area.
- Edit your contact info in the provided form, and then click the "Save Contact" button to save your changes.
Once you update your contact records for your domain, it might take a few days for the public Whois directory to update. From Help Section: Account Management > Contact Records > How do I edit my contact records? |
