Is it possible for moving a .be or .nl domain name to dynadot from another company?

I requested auth codes from that other company by mail.

Dynadot is not a registrar for these extensions so you cannot transfer .be/.nl to them at this time.
EPP codes are for .com/.net/.org/.eu/.us etc, not for .be/.nl.
To transfer .be you need to make sure the E-mail on record is correct, you will receive a link to authorise the transfer. For .nl I believe the process is similar ?

Ok no transfer possible hmmm, when will it be available so I can have the .nl/.be extentions under my account.
